The expert who handles these services is called a "Cody." It is a newly developed project to design and update a portable service bag set to store tools, service kits, filters and more for Cody maintenance services. The core project concepts are to provide a new service tool bag user experience to increase work efficiency and reinforce a Cody's sense of identity as a service specialist and to provide brand expert care to service users through more Cody expert maintenance.
