In the fiercely competitive market for high-potential employees, even prestigious companies need to offer their employees more than just high salaries. German design studio Ippolita Fleitz created two and a half floors of innovative office space for an international consulting company located in Frankfurt. The comprehensive space concept offers a wide array of workplace profiles, integrated by so-called “neighborhoods”, which increase staff identification by introducing categorized marketplaces and color codes. These mold-breaking creative spaces provide an entrance into inspiring new worlds.
