Soini GmbH is an Austrian real estate investment firm founded by Salzburg-based investor Oliver Soini. In 2015 Soini decided to change the focus of this company, to specialize in challenging real estate projects as an innovative and non-bank-affiliated 'investment boutique'. The relaunch of the brand was aimed to publicize Soini's new claim to offer smart and innovative solutions 'beyond the mainstream'.
