Lavazza has developed a new premium range especially for the professional segment. Inovy is the largest and most evolved of those machines – intended for larger offices and special events. Formally, the design is establishing Lavazza’s form language in this segment. It has a more serious, professional design but is still recognizably Italian in surfacing, details and finish. Inovy has a touch interface with color display, a single spout and the height of the cup rest can be adjusted with a lever. Inovy Milk is the special version offering the possibility to prepare fresh milk-based beverages like Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato.
