The stand is made for holding and positioning dial indicators precisely. Due to its central hydraulic clamping, all joints are rigidly clamped by means of the large ergonomic rotary knob easily. The magnetic base has an ergonomic rotary switch to turn on and off the high performance ferrit magnet. Having a ground V-shape underneath, it can be placed on shafts and cylindrical bodies. The base is covered by a plastic enclosure for easy handling, enhanced shock protection and thermal insulation.
