It includes a cut and abrasion-resistant 5 layer diamond hard-base coating, along with fast heat distribution and retention. The induction version has an edge-to-edge stainless steel bottom for the most efficient heat transfer while casseroles, pots and various pan models offer ovenproof stainless steel side handles. The manufacturing process and coating are fully PFOA-free.
