BMW i Inside Future is a car-interior concept presented at CES 2017 that is focused around the future of user experiences when autonomous driving becomes a reality. The BMW i Inside Future model shows new ways of interaction between the driver, the passenger and the vehicle. Furniture-like geometry with more natural materials such as wood and moss gives the feel of a living room on wheels. Technologies were chosen that could have a strong digital and physical harmony but also the ability to disappear when not needed. The model was intended to show a warm, optimistic view of the future that puts human needs and behaviors first.
