In May 2018, we cooperated with Lotus to carry out a project to improve the campus supermarket shopping experience. Shantou University's old campus supermarket had been unable to meet students' ever more discerning needs regarding the quality of products and shopping experience. We redesigned the entire system with solutions and implementation for the new campus market within a two-month period, based on field research and observation of students' behavior patterns and needs.
