Philips was asked to provide an innovative and integrated people-centric solution for a new specialized hospital for cardiac care in Riyad which is culturally sensitive while redefining typical care delivery. The multidisciplinary team included architects and designers but also user and trend researchers, data analysts, cultural advisors, consultants, clinicians, operational and technology experts. The team conducted extensive experience research to identify opportunity areas and pain points throughout the patient journey and translated this knowledge into spatial design solutions that are inspired by people.
