MyShare is a global service platform that enables, informs and empowers 350,000 Siemens employees from all across the globe with completely different backgrounds, accessibility and financial literacy to own a part of Siemens. The goal of the initiative was to encourage ownership and a sense of belonging, so various elements were brought into being, including the design of a digital portal serving as central point of contact, an educational academy, poster campaigns and the design of share plans. As of today, MyShare has enabled over 90% of Siemens employees to become shareholders, ushering in a new paradigm of engagement.
