Most smart speakers only focus on their functional aspects, ignoring the interaction the user wishes to feel between themselves and the speakers. NAVER wanted to ensure that the user does not feel they are talking to a machine, but rather, communicating with an intelligent device. They seamlessly integrated signature characters into this battery-powered smart speaker, allowing users to experience the product like a friend they can talk to anytime. They will use new characters for future devices so that previously launched devices can become collectors' items.
