This packaging system was developed to prevent a pharmacist’s incorrectly dispensing drugs. The classification in colors and codes makes it easy to find drugs, thus increasing the pharmacist’s work efficiency and preventing faulty dispensing. The top colors serve for anatomical categorization and the 2-stage colors represent therapeutic groupings. In consideration of pharmacists who have color blindness or color weakness, large fonts are adopted for classification codes and drug names.
