Fourtis is an ultra-lightweight gas cylinder with a polymeric liner wrapped with a thermoplastic composite, which makes it the first fully recyclable composite cylinder. The revolutionary multi-layer liner, which includes an EVOH barrier, increases the LPG permeation characteristic to an unprecedented value. The HDPE two-piece jacket (may be opened for inspection) was computer-developed by FEM and allows enhanced impact performance (it uses automotive foam for shock absorption), outstanding ergonomic handles and a large external continuous surface improving cleanliness and allowing large and clear IML labeling for brand and safety messaging.
