Brand & Design is the online platform for all of Deutsche Telekom’s employees who need access to corporate identity, product and communication design guides. It offers guidelines and tools to more than 30 topics across all customer touch points and over 2,000 downloads. For this multi-faceted content, we needed to build a framework and strategy that is modular enough to help our users complete the task at hand as well as allow everyone to share their knowledge and create content that still lives up to our quality standards. As such, Brand & Design works as an intermediator between users and the platform's knowledge base.
