Nora Hipsher’s concept for an alternative portable audio system transforms your everyday bicycle into audio on wheels! The speaker works with vibration technology… unlike the regular structure of a speaker, there is no diaphragm. Instead, the voice coil of the speaker attaches to a movable plate that transfers the vibrations and energy to a surface on the bicycle and by that turns the bicycle into the speaker itself. The speaker connects to the bike frame and turns the frame into a big speaker. Therefore one can hear the music simply by plugging in to the bike! Designer: Nofar Hipsher
