Alfred Yoo’s 11 22 Weekender bag gets heads turning with its free flowing looks and interesting variations on access! Inspired by traditional Korean heritage and aesthetics, the Weekender Daypack was designed to meet the needs of the fashion-conscious traveler in both style and function. Traditional draping techniques and rounded aesthetic cues of a traditional Korean clothing, the hanbok, has been transcribed to the main aesthetic of the backpack design. The design focuses on the overlapping of materials, creating multiple layers of functional pockets, while celebrating the simple lobster clasp closure, which provides more durability than that of a zipper.
