I’m sorry, I know it’s 2017 and we must find a new song to jam to, but from last year seems to be this product’s soul song. The Fuelbox Ultimate Charging Station (yes, it’s exactly what it’s called) is a simply brilliant fusion of the two most popular power-supply options known to us. The Extension Box/MultiPlug meets the Power Bank in an integrated solution that allows both products to work in synergy as well as separately. Wow. The Ultimate Charging Station is just literally everything you need to power your electric/electronic gadgets. The product has a Multi Plug for a base (that plugs directly into your power supply) and a 5200mAh Lithium Ion power bank on the top that works with any smart-device! To add to this gizmo’s magic, the power bank is detachable (it comes with magnetic snaps that not only hold the power bank in place but charge it too), allowing you to use it independently too. Cables for charging your smart devices are integrated into the design of the charging station, which means you won’t need to worry about forgetting cables, or having to deal with tangled cords. Another nifty design detail that I love is that when you separate the power bank from the extension box, you’re left with a beautiful groove on the extension box that works wonderfully as a docking area for your gadgets. This means you really don’t need to worry about having a cable long enough to cover the distance from your plug-point to the nearest table (on which you’ve kept your device). Neat, isn’t it?! I sometimes really wonder why it’s always the indie/small companies that come out with such incredible, revolutionary, life-changing ideas than the large industrial conglomerates that dominate the market.
