A single bar is curved in a manner so that when a piece of cloth is streched over it,i t creates an interactive space. This results in an assymetric hollow-spherical volume, resembling a natural flower chalice. The form is then reproduced in a mould, in reinforced gypsum. The light is reflected on the opaque white inside, creating a titillating chiaroscuro, accentuating the very fluent form. The lamp is suspended by a metal bar that keeps the chalice balanced in its right position. The length can be adjusted.
