In this project, a used factory building was transformed into a multi-functional space that includes a showroom, a catwalk and a design office. The wall of the façade is made up of densely arranged extruded aluminum wall, making the outlook of the building like a large coffer from which all unauthorized person could be barred. The same extrusions with lower density are used as the partition separating the design office, meeting rooms and the showroom, making all the spaces semi-transparent so as to encourage communication between franchisees and designers. To preserve the charm of the old factory, terrazzo and steel angles are used to build a neutral background while some glossy and refined elements, such as polished marbles staircase and crystal chandeliers, are introduced as a new energy source and a refreshing brand identity.
